Wine Away Red Wine Stain Remover

Oftentimes, something happens during the course of my day that reminds me of a product that I want to share with you. Yesterday was one of those days. We went out to dinner with some friends, had a great meal and some nice wine. But towards the end of the meal, my wife accidentally knocked over a glass partially filled with some nice, deep red Cabernet.

Why is it--at least for me, anyways—that whenever I get wine on my clothes, they’re always white clothes? It never fails.

I's Why's

  • Removes every wine stain I've used it on
  • Smaller bottles can fit in a purse or briefcase for on-the-go stain removal

As luck would have it, she knocked the glass towards herself…and of course, she was wearing white pants and a white shirt. We got it cleaned up, dried her off, and I said, Wine Away will take care this.

If you’re a wine drinker, especially if you’re a red wine drinker, you need to have some of this at home. So here’s what we did—after my wife changed her clothes, of course. We sprayed them down with Wine Away and then let them soak in water for about 5 minutes.

The wine came out of the shirt, but didn’t completely come out of the pants. But not to worry: Wine Away has further instructions, if needed. Just follow the suggestions; maybe combine it with some laundry stain spot remover, and throw the clothes in the washing machine.

I’ve never seen a wine stain that Wine Away couldn’t knock out. Years ago, I was in bed watching TV, and had a glass of wine on the nightstand. Somehow, I managed to knock the whole glass of wine all over a light green bedspread. We were freaking out.

It ended up sitting that way all night, and into the next day. On that day, we went out, got some Wine Away, sprayed the bedspread, and threw it in the washing machine. My recollection is that we had to do it twice, but we managed to save the bedspread.

So be smart and grab some of this before you actually need it.Wine Away has no bleach, comes in various sizes, and has received the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, among other awards.

One day, although I hope that day never comes, you’ll be very happy you have it.
