Grate Chef Groover – Second Half of the Grill-Cleaning Dynamic Duo

Another product I use to keep my grill clean is the Grate Chef Groover. I stumbled on this about the same time I found the Grate Chef Non-Stick Grill Wipes. I must say, these two are the dynamic duo of keeping your grill functioning well and staying clean.

Now, I’m not one of those people that has to have everything perfectly clean, but there is a certain level that you have to maintain. Or at least I do, especially where it comes to the grill. I could have stuff stuck on there from a week ago, and I can’t just think it’s all going to burn off and be okay. When I’m cooking, I’m usually cooking for a crowd, and I put my heart and soul into what I cook. I want people to enjoy it. It would be a shame to spend all the time I spend in prep and behind the grill only to let something that was stuck on the grill interfere with the flavors I’m trying to develop.

The Grate Chef Groover is a little pad that’s saturated in a safe food cleaner.
I turn my grill on, and let it warm up. When it’s nice and warm, I put one of these pads on a rectangular metal bristle brush that I have. And I go over the grates with the pad. I have to use a little elbow grease but not that much. When I’m done with the Grate Chef Groover, I will wipe off all of the cleaning solution. Then I will use the Grate Chef Non-Stick Grill Wipes, and now my grill is ready for food.

The first time you use this product, I think you’ll be amazed at how great the grates look. All of that baked on carbon that blackens the grill grates comes off.

So far, I really like everything I’ve used from this company. Both the Groover and the Grill Wipes do exactly what they claim to do.
